La Cala Golf Resort

Well, La Cala is the big one …the resort is huge… one of the largest in southern Europe with no less than three 18 hole golf courses and a 6 hole practice course. This golf resort is tremendously popular all year-round. The three courses are diverse and are therefore designed to attract a whole range of players.

• The North course is reputed to be for only really good players … the terrain is uneven and mountainous and needs a lot of concentration.

• The South course is also set in spectacular landscape and is fairly challenging with some tricky fairways and water hazards.

• Campo Europa, the new course, is said to be easier for the average player with generous fairways from the tees and greens slightly larger.

…… and now the Golf Hotel has recently inaugurated the Caracala Spa and even for a 5* Costa del Sol Hotel this Spa features a very high level of luxury. Apart from facials and massage the Spa offers three or five day de-stress, detox and anti-aging programmes.
